Shipping information
We will ship your order 24 hours after the payment is cleared.
Our shipping days: Monday – Thursday (we don't ship Friday – Sunday)
- Shipping small items such as cartridges (lamps) will be by default via standard registered mail
- Shipping Silk'n pro / Edge will be via DHL or EMS (depending on the location)
- We provide tracking number within 48 hours after shipping the product, please make sure that you leave your right email address when you complete the order.
