Silk'n Edge™ gives its customers a "30 day for money return guarantee" for any Silk'n Edge™ device bought from www.Silkn-edge.com or using any other way of purchase. If you bought your Silk’n Edge™ from any place other than www.Silkn-edge.com . you should check out their policy for returns. If you are not satisfy with the Silk'n Edge™, you may send it back and we will send you refund (less the shipping &handling cost). To get a complete refund, you must send back your Silk'n Edge™ device within 30 days from the date you bought it and provide evidence of the purchase by sending an invoice or receipt that specifically states the date on which you bought the device. This guarantee is valid up to sixty (60) days from the date you bought your Silk'n Edge™. Please make sure you pack the device very well so it won't return to us damaged.Cancellations
Our standard practice is to complete Silk’n Edge™ orders within 24 hours from the day your purchase was made so that customers receive their order as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so as quickly as possible. We will endeavour to cancel the order before you received the item, but we recommend to do so within 24 hours. If you still want to cancel the deal you must email us via "contact us" You are liable for any shipping costs incurred including a 20% cancellation fee.
